It’s good to have goals–especially for satellite manufacturing. However, does aiming for a manufacturing capacity that is still short of the competition make sense? Who would buy the satellites?
Sure, most people reading this probably haven’t seen a wired phone. Or, if they have, it was a museum exhibit. In the spirit of Halloween, however…SDA should get out of the house–if it can.
What happens when safety seems to be sacrificed on the altar of “innovation”? What if there’s no innovation, but safety still remains in a murky place? Is safety a feature or a reasonable standard?
